The History Center for Aransas County will

showcase local heritage. Outdoor and indoor

exhibits will tell the stories of the real people of

Rockport, Fulton and Lamar.

The turn-of-the-century building was moved from 910 E. Concho to 801 E. Cedar August 17th 2012 to serve as headquarters.  This structure is a Queen Anne-Victorian cottage that was popular in the late 1800s. This historic  house will provide space for displays, workshops, meetings and gatherings
